- Remember the club ranges normally open at 9.30am and target butts are to be shared i.e. four archers. If you turn up after 10.30am you risk not being able to shoot the distance you want or being allocated a target butt.
- Access to club bows and arrows after 12.00 is restricted to those on beginners courses
- Access to ranges after noon on Saturdays will depend upon whether a beginners course is scheduled and/or a senior club member is available to manage the line.

- Membership subscriptions past due – Mound fees charged for members who have not paid or renewed.
- Saturday 23rd Nov – Club AGM 10.00, all ranges closed until after AGM finished. All paid up members invited to attend and vote as required.
- The AGM agenda will be posted and emailed soon.
- Sundays – Check Facebook and club website posts whether ranges open on any specific Sunday
