Over Nov-24 to Mar-25, members of the club competed in the NZFAA postal league shooting the IFAA300 and Short Flint round. To become champions archers had to compete in all four rounds. Congrats to the following:
- Veteran male freestyle unlimited – 1st Albertus Viljoen
- Veteran male freestyle recurve – 1st Andrew Instone
- Senior male traditional recurve – 1st Gordon Harris
- Veteran female traditional recurve – 1st Ann Graham
The following competed but did not compete in all four rounds and were awarded ‘DNC’. However their positions would have been:
- Adult male longbow – 1st Blair Waters
- Senior male bow hunter recurve – 2nd Douglas Milligan
- Veteran male longbow – 2nd Graeme Williams
- Senior male traditional recurve – 2nd Bill Bourke
In the first round Gordon achieved a new NZ record for his age and bow division – SMTR
