Oceania Challenge 2026 April/May

What: The Oceania Challenge is an online tournament with entries open now. There is NO cost but entries must be via OSA Archery. Be sure to select the correct age, bow and round. Scores must be recorded on the official scoresheet available from the club secretary or downloaded from https://worldarcheryoceania.org/rules/ under documentation. The results must be entered into Archery OSA by 5 pm, Sunday, 7th June

Who: It is open to all club members.

When: The club will select one or more suitable dates during the months of April/May 2026. Participants may compete more than once but only one result per person may be submitted (no multiple entries with different bow types or in different age groups).

Rounds: For all rounds archers will shoot 5 ends of 6 arrows at each of the three distances on a 122cm face.

  • Short Round (for people shooting Recurve, Compound or Barebow who have been in archery for 12 months or less or have never shot further than 40m): 30 arrows shot from each of the 40m, 30m, 20m distances on a 122cm target face.
  • Barebow & Longbow Rounds: 30 arrows shot from each of the 50m, 40m, 30m distances on a 122cm target face.
  • Long Round (for everybody else shooting Recurve and Compound): 30 arrows shot from each of the 60m, 50m, 40m distances on a 122cm target face.
